I just got the most beautiful dress from here! The store looks small from first appearance but they have a very beautiful and wide variety of dresses for brides and bridesmaids. The fitting area is spacious and beautiful with super flattering lighting. The owner and employees are extremely nice and helpful. My mother was offered champagne as she waited for me to try on dresses. They also have a small, but very elegant, variety of jewelry from princess-worthy tiaras to necklaces and earrings(they have sets too). I looked at many different, well known, bridal stores and none came close to comparing to this one with their dresses and kind service.

I am so thrilled with my alteration experience! I had purchased a Mother of the Groom dress from a different vendor and was looking for alterations. My first experience with someone else was so overpriced. When I came here, the price quoted was so and she was able to do some small alterations to the neckline that pulled the bodice into a better position. The alterations were made in a timely manner and the dress fit perfectly. I received many compliments. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you so much!

Shopping for my wedding dress was an incredible experience that every bride should have. The shop itself is very clean and chic with wonderful lighting for both browsing through the merchandise and catching photos to remember the day. They offer a very large selection of various styles of bridal gowns. The staff was genuinely friendly throughout the entire process of browsing through gowns and finally picking the right one while staying within budget. With my mom and sister being the only additional attendants, we were actually given a private fitting room where they could stay seated while I could display my dress to only them. After finally finding THE ONE the staff offered champagne and the chance to try additional accessories while also giving advice on the best angle to snap pictures of the wedding day prized possession. After making the order and payment for what wound up being both my dress and veil, the staff presented a sign which makes for a perfect photo opportunity to post on social media letting friends and family know that you are one step closer to the perfect day. I would give Natty Bella Bridal a perfect score for the entire dress shopping experience and cannot wait until it is time to go back and find the perfect bridesmaid dress along with picking up my gown.

THE BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE EVER! If i could give this place 10 stars i would! Natty Bella Bridal made saying yes to my dress one of the most amazing and stress-free experiences and I am truly so grateful I found them! They were NEVER pushy like a few other bridal stores i have visited. They made my guests and I feel so comfortable and welcomed! Yessmine was my go-to girl who gave me her personal number and allowed me to text her throughout my bridal journey. When I finally said yes, they popped champagne for us and even spoke with my grandma over FaceTime- it was beyond adorable! Then I got to pick a surprise gift from a small glass box and I won a free bustle! I could not be more grateful for the incredible ladies at Natty Bella Bridal. The customer service was above and beyond!! Cannot wait to go back for my fitting in November!

Working with Tina from Natty Bella was one of the best experiences I had while wedding planning! I came to her with a dress from another shop and needed a detailed modesty piece. She listened to my concerns so patiently and made me feel seen and important. From my previous experience with another alterations team, I felt that there was no good solution to my problem. I worried that I would end up being disappointed with the neckline. Tina astonished me. She resurrected my hopes and was a joy to work with. Each time I went in for an appointment she made me feel like a princess. She let me be particular about the *exact* placement and shape of my modesty piece. What was so refreshing is how creative and experienced she was with building a dress's shape. I did not have to do the work of finding out what I wanted -- she showed me what could be done and gave me more several options. So what did she do? She took a plunging V neck and transformed it into a sweetheart neckline. She used the fabric from my hem to make it match and added matching lace and beadings. Now that it's done you cannot even tell that it has been added. The shape is so much sweeter than the original design. Never -- while researching modesty pieces -- did I see an example that looked as seamless as what she did. On top of that, she did some quick fixes where the the dress had been snagged. She helped me brainstorm how to keep my long train off the ground and gave me finger loops for dancing. What really struck me about Tina was her professionalism. She never once put down the other alteration team, even though I was disappointed with their options. She has trained seamstresses in the past and knows the industry well. I respect her so much for how she speaks of her competitors. I would recommend Natty Bella Bridal Couture to anyone. She was my favorite vendor to work with for my wedding.
